There are times when words left unsaid make the world a better place. When love and compassion are involved, words should never remain unsaid. In the end, when all is said and done, the only thing that we really own is our character. The things in life that make a world of difference are usually the hardest to do. The easiest things in life are usually the ones we choose to do. Those things have little impact upon the world. We tend to give up just prior to the moment of succeeding. Perseverance is not just hard to spell, but even harder to maintain. Finding happiness in life is the key to a successful life. All in all, life is a continual learning process. The more we learn, the more we realize there is so much to learn. At the core of it all is love. I’ve always heard that God is love. Since God is love, I love God. For without love, our species would have destroyed each other long ago.
Now retired, I was a career business application software developer and systems analyst working to help further the goals of the companies that I have worked with over the years. In addition, I have interests in photography, nature and the outdoors, including camping, fishing, and travel. I enjoy gardening, brewing beer, cooking and spending time with family.
