Hops

  • 1oz EK Goldings Pellets 60mins
  • 1 oz Whole Saaz Hops (steeped in boil) 45mins
  • 2oz EK Goldings Pellets 45 mins

Mash

  • Single Infusion @160F 1 hour
  • Fly Sparge @170F
  • Collect 6.5 gallons
  • Boil 1.5 hours (6.5 gallons pre-boil)
  • Add Candi Sugar after hot break

  • Wyeast 1335 British Ale II
